A highly interactive digital manifesto and campaign site for art.quarter, serving as an open invitation to Birmingham's creatives to define what 'art' means to them.

01 · the short version

What is this thing?

Rather than a traditional corporate landing page, this project acts as a digital canvas for art.quarter in Digbeth. It introduces the 20,000 sq ft venue's philosophy, highlights its various spaces (food hall, salon, barbershop), and directly challenges visitors with a core question: 'What is your art.?'

the problem

What needed fixing?

The site needed to feel less like a standard marketing brochure and more like an immersive, culture-driven experience. It had to clearly communicate the founder's vision while inspiring users to collaborate by submitting their own definitions and photos of their 'art'.

the approach

What I actually did.

I built a deeply interactive, single-page experience driven by GSAP animations, smooth scroll-triggered reveals, and a bold, typography-heavy design language. Features like the sticky manifesto, the sweeping 'Be whatever you want' scatter text, and parallax elements make the site feel alive and engaging.

04 · okay, but did it work?

A stunning, award-worthy digital campaign that perfectly captures the rebellious, inclusive spirit of art.quarter, successfully driving community engagement and collecting user-submitted creatives.
